National Tools
- Compass – This system has now been replaced with the new Digital Tools available from scouts.org.uk (see below for more details and links).
- National Digital Tools / The Scouts Homepage- The membership database, learning portal and vacancies management are now all accessed directly from the https://scouts.org.uk homepage (after you have signed in). If you aren’t already logged in there, visit: https://www.scouts.org.uk/auth/b2c-login to be logged in and redirected to the main page which will then show the tool selector. If you are already logged in you’ll receive an error using the login link, so instead go straight to https://scouts.org.uk.
- National Membership System – Part of the Digital Tools, and used for volunteers to manage their records, or their Teams records as well as to add new members, submit DBS requests, request/manage permits, nominate awards, request/approve nights away (and many other tasks). It can be access from the homepage but is also reachable directly on this link – https://membership.scouts.org.uk/
- National Learning System – Part of the Digital Tools, and used for volunteers to manage their learning, and complete e-learning courses. It can be accessed from the above homepage but is also reachable directly on this link – https://learn.scouts.org.uk/
- National Volunteering Opportunities System – Part of the Digital Tools, used to apply for advertised volunteering opportunities or add/manage the for your group/unit/team. It can be accessed from the above homepage but is also reachable directly on this link – https://volunteeringopportunities.scouts.org.uk/

- Atlantic Data – System used to process DBS checks – Checks are now initiated directly from the membership system. If you are required to access Atlantic Data directly after initiating a check you can do so at https://thescouts.disclosures.co.uk/. (Note: You now need to use the Single sign-on button to login).
